Founded in 1999 by Robert Kilpatrick, a former Director of one of the UK’s leading recruitment companies, our aim is to help global organisations and SMEs fill strategically important jobs in the salary range £50,000 - £250,000. We combine the professional standards normally associated with a large firm with the flexibility and personal approach of a smaller business.

- We conduct pan-European and international recruitment campaigns. Supported by our international multi-lingual research team, we personally manage and control projects from the UK.
