Stage one - Understanding your requirement

We design a full assignment brief to share with suitable engaged candidates, provide a comprehensive research methodology and a clear delivery timeline.

Stage three - Building the talent pool

We combine our extensive network and desk research with sourcing relevant industry and international contacts, utilising social media.

We look far and wide and rapidly focus on those people who meet your precise needs.

Stage four - Attracting and Engaging the Best

We treat candidates in every aspect of the candidate engagement and screening process with respect.

You will be kept closely informed of our progress through regular progress reports and review calls.

We promote your employer brand and work hard to ensure that every candidate has a positive experience.

Stage five - Assessment

Our focus is quality, not quantity.

We assess capability, motivation and leadership style, as well as taking into account, experience, qualifications, and location/remuneration expectations. We aim to present a shortlist of outstanding candidates who meet the brief and provide you with choice and contrast. We also present you with market insight.

Stage six - Presenting the shortlist

You will be provided with a comprehensive assessment report for each shortlist candidate - which assesses their suitability in relation to the brief, highlighting strengths and weaknesses. You should feel confident that all the candidates shortlisted would be realistic contenders for the role.

Stage seven - Supporting your assessment

You will be well briefed about each candidate in advance of your interviews. We will help you to make informed decisions so that comparisons and contrasts between candidates are based on evidence and sound judgement.

You may also want to make use our experience in interview techniques and assessment. Whether individual or group interviews are planned, we can advise those involved and are available to interview with you, should you require it.

Stage eight - Ensuring the placement

At this key stage, timely reference checking and the ability to maintain both candidate engagement and momentum in the contractual negotiation is vital.

Changing roles can be stressful, so we go out of our way to make the process as painless as possible.

Stage nine - On boarding

We stay close to your appointed candidate through their notice period, their first year with you and beyond, offering transition coaching where appropriate.

Having completed the project, we ask you how we performed. This helps us to continuously improve our service.
