ROBERT KILPATRICK - Managing Director
Robert Kilpatrick has been an executive search and selection professional since 1990 and has worked with some of the world’s most highly regarded businesses, recruiting talent across Europe and internationally in engineering/construction, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals/life sciences.
Prior to establishing Kilpatrick in 1999, Robert ran the regional office of one of the UK’s leading search and selection firms. Earlier in his career he spent twelve years in human resource management. Starting at Cable and Wireless he then progressed to executive HR roles with Smiths – Medical Systems and the International Stock Exchange.
Robert read Classics and Law at Trinity College, Oxford. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

BOB THORPE - Director
Bob Thorpe has more than 25 years experience in executive search and selection and has resourced directors, managers and specialist experts across most functions. His clients include major blue-chip and SME organisations in the UK, Europe and worldwide in aerospace, automotive, construction products, consumer healthcare, engineering & manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and supply chain.
Before joining Kilpatrick, Bob spent over 17 years as a Director of one of the UK's longest established, independent executive search and selection businesses. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

HAZEL WOODHOUSE - Director
After an early career in sales management, Hazel Woodhouse moved into human resource management in 1987 and became CIPD qualified. She then held senior generalist HR positions at Bull Information Systems and McDonnell Douglas where she managed UK wide search and selection campaigns for technical managers and specialists.
A co-founder of Kilpatrick, Hazel is now responsible for assignment management, information research and recruitment systems development.

CORINNE STEWART - Research Director
Corinne is one of the industry's leading and most experienced executive search researchers. Her career started with PA International where she led the UK research team. In 1986 she set up her own business which has grown to its present level of six researchers. Through her association with a leading Paris-based European research company, Corinne is able to provide a full international research capability.
Corinne has worked together with Robert Kilpatrick since 1995 on a wide range of interesting and challenging assignments, and provides in depth expertise across his sectors.
