The Position |
Job Purpose Reporting to the Operational Excellence Programme Director, the Operational Excellence Expert will function as a key member of the Operational Excellence Team and will address needs and relate closely to people at all levels and in all functions on site. The main role purpose is to support the site in the delivery of the continuous improvement programme and overall site business strategy. There is a need to provide technical expertise and project management skills to ensure that improvements are delivered in accordance with agreed timelines and in compliance with operations, customer and regulatory requirements. The Operational Excellence Expert will perform a highly visible and influential role on site. It will be vitally important to cultivate and develop close working relationships and credibility at all levels. This will also facilitate the opportunity to maximise effectiveness and contribution within the business.
